Fremont is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Fremont is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I had a great experience at King Noodles. I accidentally ordered the wrong noodles, and by the time the dish was served, I realized my mistake. I felt quite embarrassed, but the staff were incredibly patient and kind about it. Without any hesitation or complaint, they kindly offered to remake the correct dish for me at no extra charge. I really appreciated their understanding attitude and professionalism throughout the situation. The food was good, but what stood out most was their excellent customer service. They handled my mistake with such grace and respect, which made the whole experience very positive. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to others.

Went to this place today February 11, 2026 at around 10:30 am, the cashier lady hollered β€œ Anywhere you like to sit” , and then I ordered my favorite pho which is number 7 tendon with flat white noodles and yellow noodles combo, never minded to look at the menu nor the price because I have always been frequenting this place, but when the order came I noticed that the bowl has significantly downsized. Before the first Covid struck the bowl is really oversized and you almost could not finish the content, but now it’s just a small bowl like the one I use at home when cooking instant noodles, so the size had become small but the price came up to the roof, they almost would not have a readily prepared jalapeΓ±o in the table, and when they brought it I was almost done with my soup. Another thing is that when they were cooking some of the orders because there were only three customers including myself during that time, someone in the kitchen had drawn up mucous from their nasal cavity and you can hear how loud that person reached for that thing, and it plays in your mind where were they gonna spit out this mucous to dispose of it properly, but it long story short it kills the appetite. I and my wife are crazy about Flour Cake fried at a certain Chinese VN restaurants and we found this King Noodle in Fremont, not to far from our home. Every time we went shopping at Target or Trader Joes, we always stopped by to get our Fried Flour Cake fix LOL. This restaurant's been here quite a long time, it's in a big shopping center with plenty of parking spaces. It's catered to inexpensive Chinese/VN dishes for mostly international clienteles. The foods are quite good but not authentic in any means. Anyone would find it tasty and easy to eat. Our kids used to like these wonton noodle soup when they're young, but now they developed more mature tastes, we don't come here anymore except the 2 of us for flour cake. The price is quite reasonable, $14 a plate, there are a few flour cakes with different ingredients, we only like the plain original flour cake and my wife the taro cake with peanuts embedded in it. The trick is to ask for extra crispy, which means they fried a little longer to make the edge crispy as we like. The sauce is quite good with the flour cakes. For some reasons, not many restaurants like this exist that have great fried flour cakes, but as long as this on

I’ve been coming to this establishment when I was little. I usually order Combination over Rice, but it’s overrated to me. So I decided to try different things here. I remember years ago that they used to turn on lights with nicer atmosphere. Now, they’re always off during the day. Not sure why though. Also, they leave their work supplies on the tables where customers sit. They should have at least a storage room for them. Other than that, their service is fast and food is good. Not really great but good enough to fill you up for the rest of the day. Probably will skip dinner or eat a little since I finished the whole plate of chicken and mushrooms with rice. Although that the overall experience is just okay, I’ll probably come back here a bit often to try other dishes.
